How BluAssist Works in the Background

Once your BWC video is uploaded, BluAssist automatically starts analyzing it behind the scenes. It reviews the audio and aligns the footage to build your first draft. From there, it can generate a summary or assist in verifying the narrative.

However, BluAssist cannot begin this process until the video is uploaded.

No upload means no analysis—and no assistance for your first draft.

Why Priority Upload is Critical

BluAssist cannot review or summarize your video until the footage is uploaded.

Using Priority Upload ensures:

  • Your video is available quickly for BluAssist to review

  • The system can draft your report based on what actually occurred

  • Draft generation and approval are not delayed

When to Use Priority Upload

Use Priority Upload for incidents where:

  • You plan to use BluAssist to help draft or summarize your report

  • The call was complex or detail-heavy

  • The incident may be subject to questions or follow-up
