Overview

What is this?

The CommsCoach Team Portal allows end users to interact with assigned activities and view, respond to, and sign off on completed feedback reports.

Why am I learning this?

As you work within the CommsCoach platform, you’ll find that understanding and managing data in your Portal will provide helpful insights into your excellent performance.

You’ll access your Portal Dashboard to view your accurate, up-to-date, call statistics reports.

Open Actions

Open Actions are items that need your sign off, are for your review, or coaching activities that have been assigned to you.

Open Actions - TRAIN

If your agency uses CommsCoach TRAIN, open actions for enrolled trainees may include In Progress Training Phases and Tasks Lists in Progress.

Run a Simulation

Click the Run a simulation button to begin a simulation.

  • A randomly-selected simulation from your agency's CommsCoach library will open in a new screen.

  • The simulation will also appear in the Coaching Activity tab as self-assigned.

Enabling Run a Simulation in Portal

Note: In order for the run a simulation button to appear in your team portal, a system admin for your agency needs to enable Simulate Team Portal in settings.

Time Frame Selection

Select a date range to filter the data displayed below for any of the following tabs:

  • Performance

  • Coaching Activity

  • Feedback Reports

Performance

The Performance tab contains data about your call activity and scores, as well as a snapshot of average scores across your agency.

Coaching Activity

The Coaching Activity tab contains your coaching history and opportunities for new coaching content (simulations and microlearnings).

  • Click on the content title to review completed activities, or to begin an activity that has been assigned but not yet completed.

Feedback Reports

The Feedback Reports tab contains feedback reports that have been sent to you with information and feedback on your call activity.
