Add Scoring Fields

Carefully plan out your Agency’s Training Observation Report templates as seen in the table below. Edit or Delete old templates to prevent confusion for others.

Select Add Field

Select New Scale

Select a Skill Area

Title your skill: Accurate Call Entry

Select the Skill Area from the dropdown: Call Entry

For each Scoring Value Field note the following:

Fill each field and Save

Select Comment Settings

Click the Edit Pencil icon to open your template for editing

Review and Edit Comment Settings per Agency policy

When you toggle Comments to ON, each field value card will display the OPTION for comments

Save

Your Scoring Field Cards will now display Comment Options, which you can toggle ON or OFF depending on Agency Policy.

Select the “Three Dots” and Save as Template so you can use this over and over again for different evaluations!

Use your new Template

Click Add Field Value

Repeat to add more by selecting Add Field Value

Select Inactive button

Select Activate Button

How to Edit Color

Click the Painter’s Pallet icon

Choose a color that will represent that performance

Click OK

How to save as Template

Select the “Three Dots” and Save as Template so you can use this over and over again for different evaluations!
