Create a Training Phase

What is this?

A Training Phase is a set of training modules intended for a certain purpose or group of learners.

Why am I learning this?

To make assigning training easier, you may want to pre-assemble training tracks for certain groups or stages of training.

Locate the Coaching Main Icon

Fill the top sections of the form:

  • Name of New Phase

  • Type

  • Training Observation Template -

    • A Training Observation Report Template allows you to capture all of your Evaluees' progression through training. This can be done by incorporating specific scoring scales that mirror your current standards, add written remarks to provide feedback, and capture important information throughout the shift. Once you have created and activated your training observation report template, select from the drop down menu your corresponding template for your phase. This will have the training observations available on the feedback report.

  • Evaluation Template - Trainees can benefit from CommsCoach evaluations on events done as part of their training, without having those results affecting overall shift and center and user metrics.

  • On any training phase, you can designate which Evaluation Templates are applicable to the training being covered by that Phase. By making that designation, any evaluations by a current enrollee of that phase will have that evaluation marked as a "training evaluation" and its result will not be included in regular aggregated metrics for the center, the shift of the trainee, or the trainee themselves.

  • As long as your Evaluee is actively enrolled within the phase, their evaluations will remain separate and not count against your agency statistics. This means the Evaluee's enrollment status in the phase must be "Scheduled" or "In Progress." Any evaluations done while the enrollment status is "Cancelled" or "Completed" will count against agency, shift, and user statistics.

  • You attach the evaluation templates to the phase as seen in the screenshot.

Fill the following:

  • Training Report Signoff Flow

  • Phase Enrollment Signoff Flow

  • User Access

Save

You have created a Phase under Coaching Content

Edit or Delete using the Edit Pencil or Trash icons
