We've fixed an issue that caused feedback reports to get stuck and require manual refreshing. Now, you can create and view your feedback reports smoothly without interruptions.

We've improved how sorting and filtering work on tables throughout the platform. Now, when you sort or filter your data, the results will apply to the entire list, not just the current page. This means you can easily find and organize information without having to click through multiple pages.

You can now customize your sign-off process to include different approval steps depending on whether a report is compliant or non-compliant. For example, supervisors can be required to review and approve non-compliant reports, while compliant reports can proceed directly to the next step. This flexible approach ensures the right people are involved based on the situation.

You can now easily filter your list of Automated Feedback Report configurations by their status, such as Draft, Active, or Inactive, making it simpler to find exactly what you need.

You can now open events directly from the Feedback and Training Feedback reports with a new 'Open Event' option. CommsCoach Simulations
We've enhanced the Completed Simulations page to make it easier for you to review your past simulations. You can now see additional details like the type of simulation, who completed it, and the coaching content title. The page also includes a new column for review calls, sortable columns, and helpful filters so you can quickly find exactly what you're looking for.
Benefit: These improvements help you efficiently track and analyze your completed simulations, saving you time and making it simpler to focus on the most relevant information.
We've improved the sorting functionality in the simulations view to make it easier for you to organize and find your data. You can now sort columns like Evaluation, Status, Discipline, and the new 'Is Coaching Content' column, which clearly shows whether coaching content is available. Additionally, we've added a 'Last Modified By' column so you can quickly see who last updated each record. When republishing scenarios, you'll see helpful labels showing the last published date and user. Also, removing a simulation now includes a clear warning to prevent accidental deletions.

You can now easily duplicate your scenarios with a new copy button available in the scenario list. When you copy a scenario, it will be clearly labeled to help you distinguish it from the original. This feature works for all scenario types and ensures only scenarios that are ready or imported can be copied, making it simple to create variations without starting from scratch.

CommsCoach Train
Features and enhancements
We've enhanced the way permissions work for managing phases and enrollments. Now, you can assign more specific access rights to different team members, allowing some to view all enrollments without making changes, while others can be granted permission to start, cancel, or complete enrollments individually. This means you can better control who can perform certain actions within each phase, making your workflow more secure and tailored to your organization's needs.
Benefit: This update gives you greater flexibility and control over who can see and manage enrollments and phases, helping you ensure the right people have the right level of access to keep your training processes running smoothly and securely.
Defects Repaired
Users with the “See All Enrollments” permission can now fully view all phases and enrollments on the Training tab as intended. This update ensures that users with this permission have read-only access to all relevant training information and can perform allowed actions such as generating reports when permitted, without gaining additional editing capabilities.
