We've improved the evaluation process by ensuring that the criteria used to review calls remain consistent and accurate. This update prevents any disruption in how evaluated events appear in your review queue, making sure you see all relevant calls without issue.

We've fixed an issue where feedback meant for one team member was shown to another on event reports. Now, each person will only see the feedback intended specifically for them, ensuring privacy and clarity in your reports.

CommsCoach Simulations
You can now create simulations where the AI caller speaks in a configured language without needing to translate your scenario descriptions when authoring. Simply write your scenario in English and select the desired caller language from an easy-to-understand list. This makes setting up simulations simpler and more intuitive than ever.
Benefit: This enhancement saves you time and effort by allowing you to configure simulations in different languages without translating your scripts, making it easier to create realistic, multilingual training scenarios.
We've enhanced scenario creation by adding a smart check that ensures any scenario using dynamic locations will always have a valid real address available based on the boundary area setup for your Agency. If a scenario calls for a specific type of location, the system now confirms that matching addresses exist within your saved service areas before your team members run that scenario. If none are found, you'll receive a prompt on how to resolve it.
Benefit: This helps prevent errors while telecommunicators are utilizing simulations and ensures smooth, realistic scenario delivery every time.
Defects Resolved: We have improved the workflow of creating simulations from real events to prevent receiving an error when it is not a valid use case on an event without any transcript. Now, instead of going through the steps, we have disabled that choice when it is not applicable.
You can now successfully delete Agency coaching content when it is no longer needed. If the content is linked to incomplete assigned activities or is assigned to a package, the system will let you know and prevent deletion to keep everything running smoothly.
