We have provided a persistent audio control at the bottom of the event page, allowing for pausing, as well as speed control of the audio playback.
Defects Resolved
We corrected the issue of users inadvertently adding 'blank feedback' to events. Now, when using the Playlist workflow, the application requires text in the “Leave Feedback For _____” box in order to save that as feedback on the call.
Important note - when reviewing a Playlist ensure that a comment is left in the feedback box when you wish an event to be added to in progress feedback report or start a new draft feedback report.
We've also corrected an issue where cleared evaluations were still displaying in different parts of the application even after deletion.
CommsCoach TRAIN
Features and Enhancements
Enrollees can now view the full history of past training observations directly in the portal, just like trainers and administrators. When hovering over “Past Observations,” the detailed observation history grid will display.
Defects Resolved
We've fixed an issue in the Team Portal where the summary section of the Training Observation Report was cut off and could not be fully viewed. You can utilize the scroll bar provided on the right side of the page to continue in the event of a lengthy report summary.

We resolved an issue preventing you from removing simulations and Agency Content from your Agency, even after their associated packages had been deleted.
