Features and enhancements

Users with the Override Feedback Report Signoffs permission can now submit and recall report signoffs, making it easier to manage report approvals directly. This enhancement respects all existing rules to ensure reports are handled appropriately.

When you open an event directly from a feedback report, you will now only be able to provide feedback for the person the report is about. This ensures your feedback is accurately linked to the right individual without any confusion.

Defect Resolved

We've improved the visibility of the “Complete” label in the Evaluation section when using the Light Theme. The label text now adjusts to ensure it’s easy to read against the background.

Features and enhancements
We’ve added the option for you to provide a clear notice to your trainees and telecommunicators that appears whenever they start a simulation, so they'll always know the exercise is for training purposes. This message can be customized by your agency to best fit your needs and will be visible on all simulation start pages to ensure clarity.


Defects Resolved

We’ve resolved an issue with dynamic feature in Smart Caller location where it now avoids repeating the same address consecutively when multiple options are available, providing more varied and accurate location selections during your scenarios.

We have resolved an issue where the dynamic location feature in Smart Caller wouldn't consistently select addresses within the correct area you specify.

We've fixed an issue where the location information shown during calls was not adhering to the dynamic location being set to "OFF."

Defect Resolved

We resolved an issue where the loading speed of maps used during the geography questions created a negative candidate experience due to slow loading speed, ensuring they appear much faster. Additionally, the timing for questions now starts only after all map images have fully loaded.
