CommsCoach QA

Features and enhancements

When new or reassigned users are added to shifts, the application defaults the “Shift of Record” flag to True. Now, when you add or move a user, this will assure this selection is done without any extra steps. If a user is not labeled as “Shift of Record” they will not show up in reports or for the supervisors of those shifts.

Defects

We've fixed an issue where, when moving to the next item in a playlist, the audio and subject details sometimes did not update correctly, causing confusion during review. Now, all information will refresh properly as you navigate through your playlist.

CommsCoach TRAIN

Features and enhancements

We've improved the task list visibility in your team portal, so you will now only see the task lists that are directly assigned to you. This change ensures that your view is focused and personalized, showing only your task lists.

CommsCoach HIRE

Features and enhancements

Improved action control placement for a cleaner dashboard layout.

We have moved the calibration filter pill to sit inline to the right of the Benchmark toggles. This also includes the addition of the new filter pill to allow you to view only those users who have been archived.

In addition, we have reorganized the action controls available so that those exposed with icons are the ones used most frequently during the invitation and candidate communication process. The controls to modify the status of the application record are in the menu list available by clicking on the three dots.

New ability to archive application records

Agencies can now "archive" a pre-hire applicant record to remove it from hiring phase KPIs and Agency calibration benchmarks, without permanently deleting the underlying data. This capability allows records that are no longer applicable or shouldn't be there to be cleared from the operational data. Archived records are hidden from standard metrics, but are still accessible via a dedicated "Archived Users" toggle, which can be combined with the calibration filter to show only archived calibration users.

If the archived user was a calibration user, the agency benchmark automatically recalculates to exclude their score.

Display to applicant when device timer not correct

During a pre-hire assessment, candidates could become stuck in a "saving audio file" state when completing simulation sequence questions, due to their device time being out of sync with their browser time. This disrupts our gaining of accurate timing. To resolve this, we will now alert the user prior to them being allowed to start the assessment, to ensure they correct this equipment requirement in the event their clocks are not matching.

Defects

We resolved an issue where a handful of applications that had completed assessments were not showing up as completed on the pre-hire dashboard. These records are fixed, and applications moving forward should be completed in a timely manner once their assessments are complete.

CommsCoach Simulations

Features and enhancements

Simulation Caller and Incident Location Map View

You can now view the exact location details that were used during a simulation — directly from your completed simulation list view and the simulated event screen. This gives supervisors and call takers full transparency into the caller and incident locations assigned during a simulation run, whether those locations were authored into the scenario or dynamically selected by Smart Caller AI in real time.

Defects

We resolved an issue where some users who were synced down to Simulator were being assigned the wrong simulation role. This has been fixed to ensure the permissions of the users in CommsCoach main are adhered to by the Simulation Sync process.
