CommsCoach QA
Features and enhancements
Enhancement: You can now save new Report Event Selector records with the 'active' status set right from the start, ensuring your settings are preserved exactly as you choose.
Enhancement: You can now filter events based on whether their evaluations are complete, incomplete, or both. This new option makes it easier to find events that still need evaluation, those with evaluations in progress, or those fully evaluated, helping you quickly access the information you need.
This filter works with the Evaluation Template filter in event search, in the following way:
If no Evaluation Template is selected, then…
It returns any events that have at least one evaluation that meets the selected option
If one or more Evaluation Template(s) are selected then…
It returns any event where at least on of the selected templates meets the selected option
Enhancement: You can now assign one or more authors directly to your AFR configurations. This new option gives you more control over who is responsible for reports without affecting your existing shift assignments.
When multiple authors are assigned…
Reports created will be shared evenly among them each time a job runs.
If author(s) are assigned in this way, the AFR will not user any shift assignment supervisor assignments in determining the author of a report
Assigning author(s) directly to the AFR configuration WILL NOT preclude using shifts in the configuration to control which persons AFR will generate reports for.
Enhancement: We've improved the search experience by making the search bar clear automatically after you complete your search. This update ensures that any filters generated from your search are applied correctly, and any manual filters you add will now stay in place when you run another search.
Enhancement: You can now easily see the points assigned to each evaluation criterion directly while viewing or editing an evaluation template, whether or not scoring scales are turned on. This includes clear labels showing the points for each criterion and the total possible score at the top of the evaluation template.
Enhancement: We've improved the feedback summaries in CommsCoach evaluations to ensure that calls meeting all criteria are accurately recognized as positive. Previously, some compliant calls were mistakenly flagged with unnecessary improvement suggestions related to call prioritization even with perfect or near perfect scores. This update corrects that, so your summaries better reflect the true quality of each call.
Defect Resolved
We have fixed an issue where the wallboard was incorrectly showing 0% success rates and calls without a name.
We have fixed an issue where evaluation results were not showing up on the Home/Overview Dashboard. Now, you will be able to see your completed evaluations clearly displayed, making it easier to track your progress at a glance.
We've fixed the event search feature to correctly recognize and apply label filters in your queries. Now, when you search using labels like "urgent," the results will accurately reflect those labels.
We've fixed an issue in playlists where navigating to an event without an evaluation would mistakenly show the previous event’s evaluation. Now, if an event has no evaluation, the evaluation section will be clearly empty or indicate that no evaluation is available.
We've fixed an issue where the number of evaluations shown in the reports tab and on the Home screen didn't always match.
We've fixed the Evaluation Summary Report and Performance Dashboard to provide clearer and more consistent insights. This update addresses how scoring scales and observation counts affect the display of key performance indicators and criteria, ensuring that the information you see is accurate and easy to understand. Additionally, the report now better reflects evaluation details, making it simpler to track and interpret your evaluation data.
CommsCoach Simulations
Defect Resolved
We have fixed an issue where, on some Scripted Caller simulations, users encountered an error when trying to complete their training exercises. We have added additional tracking to monitor and prevent this from happening in the future.
We've fixed an issue that sometimes caused connection problems when starting a Smart Caller simulation. Now, if any connection issues do occur, you'll see a clear message explaining the problem and how to resolve it, instead of a confusing microphone error.
