CommsCoach QAFeatures and EnhancementsWe've improved the search feature so that, after you remove old evaluation data, your search results will only show current, accurate information. This ensures that your searches reflect the most up-to-date evaluations without any data from previous records.
You can now filter events based on whether their evaluations are complete, incomplete, or both. This new option lets you easily find events that still need evaluation, those with evaluations in progress, or those fully evaluated.
You can now find events based on whether they have been evaluated or not. This new search option lets you quickly identify events that have any evaluations, as well as those that have none, helping you keep track of which events still need attention.
We've enhanced playlist controls to give you flexibility when reviewing events that have multiple users associated with them. Now, you can choose whether to add feedback to any of the users on an event and then include it in a report, or skip adding feedback and decide if it should be included in a report or not. These options are available when you're working through a review queue or an ad-hoc playlist. This update streamlines your review process by letting you easily manage how events are marked and reported, helping you tailor your workflow to fit your needs.
You can now see the exact points awarded for each evaluation criterion, even when scoring scales are turned on. The evaluation details clearly show points earned versus points available for every criterion, along with pass/fail status and any assigned importance levels. This makes it easier to understand how scores are calculated and track performance at a detailed level. Users who have System Admin permission or the new permission, “See All Evaluation Scoring”, will see on an evaluation the total points obtained and the percentage of points obtained
You can now see the most recent dates when an evaluation template version was activated or deactivated. This makes it easier to understand when changes were made to your evaluation templates directly within the system. These dates will only be available for template versions made active or inactive after this release. This did not update the dates on existing templates.
You can now easily undo a returned sign-off directly from the Portal, even after closing the sign-off details. This improvement ensures you have full control and flexibility when managing your sign-offs.
Defects ResolvedWe've fixed an issue where the number of evaluations and their statuses shown on the Overview tab did not match the counts displayed when you opened the Evaluation Status panel. Now, both views show the same accurate information.
CommsCoach TRAINFeatures and EnhancementsWe've improved the Task List Template editing experience by making drag-and-drop actions work smoothly and adding clear messages to guide you on what edits are possible. This ensures you can organize your tasks easily without confusion or unexpected results.
CommsCoach SimulationsFeatures and EnhancementsWe've improved the migration process for your Smart Caller scenarios to ensure a smoother transition to the latest version. Conditional escalation details are now seamlessly integrated into your scenario descriptions, preserving your original intent without any loss. Additionally, time-based escalations will now also align with the model on the updated version.
Defects ResolvedWe have fixed an issue where simulation events were mistakenly showing information from real incidents. Now, each simulation will display only its own related details, ensuring accurate and clear information for your training exercises. |
