CommsCoach QA

Features and enhancements

We've improved the evaluation status filter to make it easier to use. Now, you can quickly choose between viewing events with incomplete evaluations, or those with all evaluations (complete and incomplete). When no option is selected, the filter will automatically show only completed evaluations, just like before. Plus, a helpful tooltip explains this default behavior, and the “Clear” button resets the filter to this default view for your convenience.

We have improved our system to ensure that each Personnel ID is unique across all accounts, preventing any duplicate user records from being created.

Defects Resolved

We've improved the Add Shift feature to prevent submitting the form without selecting a shift. Now, if no shift is chosen, you'll see a clear message prompting you to select one before proceeding.

We have resolved an issue where you can delete draft Annual Feedback Report configurations without encountering errors related to active reports. This fix ensures that if no feedback reports exist for a draft configuration, it can be removed.

We've fixed an issue where PDF upload templates always showed a perfect 100% score when scoring scales were enabled. Now, your actual scores will display correctly regardless of whether scoring scales are turned ON or OFF, giving you an accurate view of your evaluations.

Users who sign in through their organization's single sign-on (SSO) system will no longer be redirected to update a password when accessing the Simulate app. This ensures a smoother and more intuitive login experience for those users.

CommsCoach Simulate

Features and enhancements

We've improved the Smart Caller simulation to better recognize when call takers begin speaking, eliminating the need to repeat the initial greeting multiple times.

Defects Resolved

We've improved the way unit selections work in the setup process on RADIO Scenarios to ensure that only the units you have assigned to your incidents are available for selection. This means you won't see any extra or duplicate units when mapping channels, and the system now automatically updates your unit choices as you make changes.

We've improved Simulate to handle situations where dropdown options might have duplicate entries. This update ensures that Simulate will continue to work smoothly without interruptions, even if duplicate values exist in certain fields.

We've fixed an issue where the Geo Area page sometimes appeared blank for certain users. Now, the page loads correctly every time without needing to refresh.

We've improved the way your changes are saved and displayed when switching between the timeline and form views. Now, any updates you make in one view will automatically be reflected in the other, ensuring both views stay perfectly in sync.
