Customer-Facing Release Notes

Features & Enhancements

You can now override a variable on an evaluation. And when you override a variable or criteria, any condition that depended on it will recalculate and the evaluation will be scored accordingly.

Benefit: This improvement gives you greater control and confidence by allowing you to correct any variables that may have been misinterpreted, helping you maintain precise and reliable evaluations.

Ensures that the overall evaluation score and individual criteria reflect any overrides to criteria or variables. Criteria are only processed if final overrides say they should be.

Defects Resolved

We've improved how event permissions work when you have access to both your own evaluations and media for events where you have feedback. Now, if you have feedback on an event, you will be able to view all related media and transcripts for that event, while still only seeing your own evaluations. This ensures you get the full context of your feedback without seeing evaluations from others.

We've fixed an issue where System Admin users were unable to see their own completed evaluations on event pages. Now, if you have System Admin permissions, you will be able to view all your completed evaluations alongside those of other evaluators without any visibility problems.

We have fixed an issue that was preventing Chief Training Officers (CTOs) from creating Training Observation Reports for their trainees. CTOs with the appropriate training feedback permissions can now create these reports without any errors, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted training workflows.

CommsCoach QA

Features & Enhancements

We have fixed an issue where the Evaluation Summary Report would not load when selecting date ranges of 30 days or more. Now, you can easily generate reports covering a full month or longer without encountering errors.

Benefit: You can confidently run comprehensive quality assurance reports over extended periods, helping your team track performance and insights without interruption.

The TCPR report PDF has been improved to clearly show informational criteria as TRUE or FALSE, making it easier to understand. Additionally, speed-related criteria now include the exact time taken in seconds, providing more detailed insights.

Benefit: You will find the TCPR report easier to read and more informative, helping you quickly assess key information and timing details at a glance.

The TCPR report interface has been updated to clearly show informational criteria as 'True' or 'False,' making it easier to understand your evaluations at a glance.

Benefit: This improvement helps you quickly and clearly interpret informational criteria in your reports, enhancing your overall review experience.

The Player Portal's TCPR report has been improved to clearly show informational criteria as TRUE or FALSE, making it easier to understand. Additionally, the speed criteria now include the exact time taken in seconds alongside the pass/fail status.

Benefit: These enhancements provide clearer and more precise information in the TCPR report, helping you quickly assess performance details with greater confidence.

Defects Resolved

We've fixed an issue where saved searches with text filters could show events unrelated to the specific person in your report. Now, your reports will only include events that truly match the individual you're reviewing, ensuring more accurate and relevant results.

CommsCoach Simulate

Features & Enhancements

We have fully transitioned to the latest version of Smart Caller and removed the older version from the system.

Benefit: This update simplifies your settings by making Smart Caller features consistently available across your agency, streamlines the scenario authoring experience and removes the need to 'turn on' Smart Caller in your Agency settings.

An optional enhancement is now available for Radio Simulations that enables dynamic location generation. Scenario authors can describe a location type (e.g., “bank,” “school”) instead of providing a specific address, and the system will generate realistic addresses at runtime based on your defined geographic areas. Additionally, a unique benefit with Radio Simulations is the ability to specify a single, or subset Geo-Area you have saved.

Benefit: This enhancement allows you to create more dynamic and varied simulations without manually managing addresses. It improves realism while reducing authoring effort and ensures scenarios remain geographically relevant and reusable.
