Overview

To read audio files, the Data Agent will read from a Verint archive file share. Verint stores either .XML or .DAT files in their archives alongside the audio recordings that hold metadata.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure you can see the XML or DAT files in the directory that you configure the agent to read from.

NOTE ABOUT CHANNELS

The XML and DAT files holds all the data we need to determine what channel a piece of audio came from.

To prepare for this connection, we need the following details.
