Step 1: Custom CAD Email Address
Our team will provide you with a department-specific email (e.g., [email protected]).
Step 2: Configure Your CAD System
Once you receive your custom email:
Set up your CAD system or report scheduler to send automated reports to the email address provided.
Reports should be sent in a standard format (CSV, XML, or PDF) if possible, depending on your CAD system capabilities. If you’re unsure of the best format, our team can assist.
Schedule the report frequency (e.g., close of each call, hourly, daily) based on your operational needs.
Tip: For best results, include all relevant fields such as incident ID, time stamps, unit assignments, call type, and location details.
Step 3: CommsCoach Ingests the Data
Once your CAD system starts sending data:
CommsCoach will automatically receive, process, and integrate the reports into your system.
