Create Scripted Scenario

Stage 1: Scenario

From the Main Menu select Simulate

Select Scenarios

Select Create Scenario

Select the Scripted Caller button

Stage 1: Scenario

Basic Scenario Configuration

  • Create Scenario Name

Tip: Codes like โ€œR LEโ€ help identify scenario types (LE = Law Enforcement)

Fill Create Scenario fields using dropdown navigation arrows where available.

Maximum time duration must be specified

Type out the Scenario details, remembering that words will be pronounced AS THEY ARE WRITTEN.

Spell out words like Street (not St.) and input pronunciation tips for the AI reader (Pronounced A-I)

Example Scenario Details:

A woman named Jennifer is involved in a car accident at the corner of Date and South Fifth Street. She is with her toddler and neither are injured. Occupants of the other car were injured. Her cell number is 415-690-3776. She is hysterical and claiming that they ran the red light and were speeding.

Fill remainder of Create Scenario fields and select Create Scenario

Stage 2: Responses

The system will auto-generate contextual responses. You may wish to add additional details as desired.

Optional: Toggle Generate an appropriate response on demand to enable the AI to generate responses not in the script.

Fill details on Responses, noting that you can do the following:

  • + Add Response

  • Edit (Pencil) Response

  • Delete (X) Response

Click Save Responses

Scenario will update

Stage 3: Disruptions & Escalations

Triangle: (image) instructs AI to redo the sound to better match your scenario.

Save icon will update and save the newly selected sound.

+ Add Disruption

+ Add Escalation

  • Fill details

  • Select Create

  • Save

Specify Type

Add another Escalation

  • Select Create

  • Review your new list of Escalations

  • Select Save
