Create Smart Caller Scenario

From the Main Menu select Simulate

Select Scenarios

Select Create Scenario

Stage 1: Create a Smart Caller Scenario

Select the Smart Caller button

Note: System defaults to Scripted Caller so be sure to select Smart Caller here.

View the Basic Scenario Configuration pane

  • Create Scenario Name

  • Fill Skill Areas

  • Fill Scenario Description

Type out the Scenario details, remembering that words will be pronounced AS THEY ARE WRITTEN.

Example Scenario Details:

“Caller's name is Walter Sills and he has lost his wallet at the location of Quick Stop Gas Station at the corner of Cherry Street and South 10th Street. His cellphone number is 415-123-4567. He is very upset. It contained $450 cash. He left it on top of the gas pump and it is now missing. He's hoping we can get Security Camera footage to assist him.”

Fill remainder of Create Scenario fields and select Create Scenario

Scenario will be created

Add Disruptions & Escalations (optional)

Stage 2: Disruptions & Escalations

Add whatever disruptions and escalations will make your scenario more realistic.

Click Save

Exit: Click the “X” to close the pane and finish
