Set Screen Layout

ASSIST is designed to coexist with CAD and call-handling software. Each agency will have their own workflows and ways of using Assist within their existing operations. As a result, we allow agencies to set their own layout of the Assist page based on their preferences and the assistants that they activate.

Customers must also consider:

  • Single-monitor vs multi-monitor setups

  • Call-taker preference vs supervisor preference

Minimizing distraction while preserving visibility
