There are Scripted and SMART scenarios in the CommsCoach Library for your team to use.
You will also be able to create and store scenarios you have designed.

What is a a Scripted Scenario? | A scripted scenario is a realistic experience created by you and your team. You choose the event details and dialog.
Scripted scenarios allow your Agency to create custom practice events that match the kinds of situations they will be expected to manage. This allows you to control exactly what you want to see your call takers experience and react to. |
What does it mean to import? | You will be building a Library of scenarios. Once built, you can select from, and import, these previously-created scenarios for your team to experience. Once a scenario is imported from the GovWorx CommsCoach collection into your Agency Library, it will remain in your Agency Library as an Agency Scenario. |
