Refining your Operational Data

GovWorx will take all your operational data and assemble them into events that can be evaluated. The system exposes lots of mechanisms for refining all that data into a more focused set of events for evaluation. The funnel below depicts the following set of steps:

  1. Events Assembled - Assembly implies transcription and matching media. Only after the event is assembled do they become eligible for inclusion in a search result.

  2. Evaluation Search Filter Run - System executes saved search filter looking for all newly assembled events since the last execution.

  3. Sample Rate & Minimum Media Duration - Any events with media below the minimum duration is filtered and a random selection is taken based on sample rate.

  4. Each personnel associated with the selected event gets an evaluation run - An event can have multiple pieces of media and multiple users associated with it. Once an event is selected the system will try to create an evaluation for each user.

  5. Considered Media - Evaluations can target a particular type of media such as body worn camera, radio, call audio and more

  6. Evaluation Exclusion Rule - AI variables are fulfilled and can be used to exclude an evaluation
