Overview
The Data Agent will read data using SQL over an ODBC connection. To prepare for this connection, we need the following details.
Configuration | Explanation |
UID* | User ID (Connection string keyword "UID") |
Password* | Password (Connection string keyword "PWD") |
DSN* | Data Source Name |
Use Initial Incident Type Instead of Final | Whether CommsCoach should report incidents back using the initial or final type from Shieldware |
