Step 0 - Review Telephony Network Setup

Confirm that you are able to configure SIPREC and have your network setup to send SIPREC traffic to the data agent.

Step 1 - Install Data Agent

Install or update the latest version of the GovWorx Data Agent

Step 2 - Configure SIPREC Connector in GovWorx Data Agent

  1. The above defaults will likely work, but you will need to modify the SIP External IP to match the IP your SIPREC SRC will be communicating with. Likely the IP of the server that the GovWorx Data Agent is installed.

  2. You may need make firewall changes to allow access to the SIP Listen Port (usually 5060).

Step 3 - Setup SIPREC Server in your Phone System

  1. Add GovWorks SIPREC SRS into your call platform. You will need the the SIP Listen Port and SIP External IP values.

  2. Host Format is: [SIP External IP]:[SIP Listen Port]

    • Example: 192.168.0.100:5060
