Shift of Record designates the regular shift to which the employee is assigned.

The person may want to access other shifts for review or supervisory purposes, and these other shifts would not be marked as the Shift of Record.

Note: A User can be assigned to as many shifts as you like to be able to SEE that person is in that SHIFT, however, if you want to see their performance it must be identified as the Shift of Record. There can be multiple SOR's. Example: An individual may be the Supervisor of Day Shift B but WORKS Night Shift A.

Note: When a user is designated as a supervisor a crown will appear next to the shift they supervise. This is helpful when you have a user listed on multiple shifts you can quickly see which ones they supervise.
