What is this? | If a user has Shift of Record designated, they will appear within the user lists for that designated shift or shifts throughout the application. In addition, their QA results will show in any aggregated metrics for the designated shift(s). |
Why do I need this? | You may want to enable a user to access other shifts for review or supervisory purposes, and these other shifts would not be marked as the Shift of Record. |

Once shifts are assigned, click Create User
Shift of Record designates the regular shift to which the employee is assigned.
The person may want to access other shifts for review or supervisory purposes, and these other shifts would not be marked as the Shift of Record.

View new User and their assigned shifts
Note: When a user is designated as a supervisor a crown will appear next to the shift they supervise. This is helpful when you have a user listed on multiple shifts you can quickly see which ones they supervise.
