Verint supports two interfaces to make your data readable. You may have already purchased the contract for one of these in which case we can reuse it. If you have not there are fees attached.

Option 1: API
GovWorx has a connector built in the data agent that interfaces with the Verint API. The Data Agent will be installed on premise and interact with the Verint Application to pull the audio files and send to the AWS GovCloud
Option 2: Data Exporter
An SFTP Server or S3 Bucket (can be hosted by GovWorx) is configured to receive a selection of Verint Interactions and then processed.
