What is this?

Automatic Feedback Report (AFR) is an automatic way to create a QA Feedback Report. Creating and activating an AFR allows the system to automatically create and route reports to a supervisor for review before sending them to the recipient, eliminating the need to manually track who needs a report.

Why am I learning this?

AFRs allow supervisors to set up planned QA Feedback Reporting so that QA feedback is automatically generated and gets completed on time.

What will I learn?

By the end of this module, you will be able to…

  • Configure an AFR

  • Set up AFR signoff flows

  • Specify the AFR “Author” as the first user who signs off

  • Attach corresponding Signoff Flow

  • Set up scheduled QA AFRs

  • Define Shift of Record

Pro Tips

  • Your agency can set up AS MANY AFRs as you want.

  • A supervisor must be added to a shift for reports to be enabled and be toggled as the Primary Supervisor. Being designated a supervisor on a shift will not pull results.

  • Execute Sandbox (Play Button) provides preliminary results, shows the reports generated, alerts to errors (such as missing supervisor).

  • Delete All Sandbox Reports button ensures Sandbox results are permanently deleted. Allows you to rerun results until you get the desired outcome

Also reliant on sign off work flow. If someone wants to have their eyes on the report before it's sent to a telecommunicator it's recommended to have the sign off work flow start with the "author" otherwise it will automatically be sent to the telecommunicator.
