What is this? | Automatic Feedback Report (AFR) is an automatic way to create a QA Feedback Report. Creating and activating an AFR allows the system to automatically create and route reports to a supervisor for review before sending them to the recipient, eliminating the need to manually track who needs a report. |

Configure/Create an AFR |
Navigate to
1 - Settings 2 - Automated Feedback Reports 3 - Add Configuration

*Note: A supervisor must be added to a shift for reports to be enabled and be toggled as the Primary Supervisor. Being designated a supervisor on a shift will not pull results. |
Activate
To activate the automatic feedback report, once the configuration is made you need to go to the bottom and change the status from "draft" to "active" or "inactive.” |
View your AFR on the list of Reports

Delete All Sandbox Reports
Sandbox results are permanently deleted. Allows you to rerun results until you get the desired outcome.
Also reliant on sign off work flow. If someone wants to have their eyes on the report before it's sent to a telecommunicator it's recommended to have the sign off work flow start with the "author" otherwise it will automatically be sent to the telecommunicator.
