What is this? | When you turn on a feedback flow you are setting it as your Agency default feedback flow. This operation only works with Signoff Flows for QA Feedback Reports. |
Why am I doing this? | Setting a default signoff flow makes it easy to ensure all feedback will be processed identically…having the same set of signors and permissions for review and return. |
What will I learn? | By the end of this training, you will be able to turn ON a signoff flow (set a favorite feedback flow as your Agency’s default) |

Navigate to your favorite signoff flow so that you can make it the Agency Default flow

Click the pencil icon to edit

Find and check the Default Signoff checkbox
