Using CAD Comments During a Call

CAD Comments are AI-generated summaries that can be sent to CAD (requires separate integration).

ASSIST generates comments after it believes answers are “locked in” (stable).

Comments may require manual approval before sending if configured to do so.

Step 1: Review the generated comment

Step 2: Click Approve on each comment or Approve All for all comments to send to CAD

Comments may require overriding before sending.

Step 1: Click comment text to edit

Step 2: Click Approve to send the edited version

Some comments can be marked as critical and/or automatically prefixed (e.g. [URGENT]).

Comments lock when the call ends; you cannot approve or edit after disconnect.
