The GovWorx Data Agent has the capabilities to browse a file share and pull CAD information located within XML files. Dispatch NOW can be configured to export XML files that hold the information needed for processing by the Data Agent. It is recommended to have CAD export the XML at the time the call is closed.

Delete Files After Processing | Optional: Toggle will enable the deletion of XML files after the data agent has processed the file. Recommended this setting be turned off till data integration is complete and verified. |
XML Data Elements
