Exacom Version Note - GovWorx is happy to integrate with a hosted or cloud version of Exacom. It is worth noting, hosted Exacom versions require a licensed API for GovWorx to read file recordings.
Required Information for Cloud to Cloud API Integration
For GovWorx to begin reading recordings securely from the Exacom Cloud. The following two pieces of information should be requested from Exacom
Tenant ID - Information about where your agency data is stored
API Key - Secret issued by Exacom and stored securely by GovWorx to access recordings
