If your agency uses FlightVector for air-medical dispatch, GovWorx can bring in your closed requests automatically — no exports and no manual work.
How It Works
When a request is closed in FlightVector, FlightVector sends it securely to the GovWorx Data Agent on your network, which passes it to GovWorx. Your team can then review and score those calls like any other incident.
- Only closed requests come across. In-progress requests stay in FlightVector.
- Each request has its own number, so the same request is never duplicated in GovWorx.
What You'll Need:
- A server on your network running the GovWorx Data Agent
- FlightVector and the Data Agent able to reach each other on your private network
- Access to your FlightVector server so your IT team can enter the connection details

What Comes Across:
Request number, call type, priority, base, scene name, coordinates, caller and requestor details, timestamps, close reason, and responder information.
FlightVector sends a scene or facility name and coordinates rather than a street address, so street number and street name will be blank. That's expected.
Good to Know:
- Security certificates renew automatically — nothing for you to track.
- If a delivery ever fails, FlightVector doesn't retry on its own. The request needs to be edited once more in FlightVector after the issue is fixed.
- This connection runs on your private network. If FlightVector is hosted by the vendor rather than your agency, your GovWorx Technical Services Specialist will be able to assist in connectivity.
