Overview

Connecting ESO ePCR to MedAssist typically requires adding GovWorx as an additional NEMSIS submission destination while leaving the existing state submission unchanged.

Configuration may need be completed by ESO Support, as the necessary settings may not be available to agency administrators.

Configuration

  1. Contact ESO Support and request that an additional NEMSIS submission destination be added for GovWorx.

  2. Provide the GovWorx connection information supplied by the implementation specialist (endpoint URL, organization identifier, and shared secret).

  3. Once ESO confirms the configuration is complete, notify the GovWorx implementation specialist.

  4. GovWorx will verify that records are being received successfully and confirm when the integration is complete.

Notes

  • The existing state NEMSIS submission remains unchanged.

  • Configuration timelines depend on ESO Support's response time.
