The support chat icon appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen by default. If it's covering part of the page — such as a button or pagination control — you can move it to any other spot on your screen.
How to move the chat widget
Click and hold the chat bubble icon.
Drag it to any corner or edge of the screen.
Release to drop it in the new position.
The chat widget will stay in that location the next time you use the app — you only need to move it once.
Note: Only users with support access will see the chat icon. If you do not see it and believe you should, contact your GovWorx representative.
